The program lasts 8 weeks, with an option for follow-up sessions after completion.
Our services are designed for students in kindergarten through third grade, typically ages 5 to 9.
All sessions are held virtually, allowing for flexible scheduling and convenient access from home.
Each session lasts 45 minutes to ensure focused, effective instruction without overwhelming young learners.
Parents play a vital role in their child’s success! We ask that you:
• Ensure your child logs in on time for each session.
• Provide a quiet, distraction-free learning environment.
• Encourage practice and engagement with provided activities.
• Communicate any concerns or progress updates.
- Initial Assessment: $50–$75 (one-time fee)
- One-on-One Tutoring: $40–$70 per hour
- Small Group Tutoring (2–4 students): $25–$40 per student per hour
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
- We understand emergencies happen—please reach out if special accommodations are needed.

8-Week Reading Success Program
Week 1
Initial Assessment & Goal Setting

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Review results and discuss specific goals for the program.
- Introduce the structure of sessions and expectations.
Session 2:
- Begin targeted instruction based on assessment results.
- Introduce foundational concepts to build upon.
Weeks 2-3
Foundational Skill Building
- Focus on core skill deficits identified in the assessment.
- Use engaging strategies (games, interactive activities, real-world applications).
- Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Provide home practice recommendations for reinforcement.
Weeks 4-5
Skill Application & Fluency
- Move from basic understanding to applying skills independently.
- Implement problem-solving strategies, reading comprehension techniques.
- Introduce small, timed assessments to track progress.
- Adjust instruction based on student performance.
Weeks 6-7
Mastery & Confidence Building
- Focus on building fluency and confidence in targeted areas.
